Woven Green Grass

Woven Green Grass is a unique hybrid grass product that forms a very durable combination with natural grass. It features a strong polyester base structure with each polyethylene/polypropylene grass blade woven into it, providing enhanced reinforcement and protection for the grass roots, as well as protecting the crown and wear surface. This allows the natural grass to grow unimpeded both upward and downward. The characteristics of the grass and the patterns in the reinforcement promote the integration between natural and artificial grass. Within a few days, a noticeable transformation occurs, with the natural grass replacing the artificial grass, and complete fusion taking place within 6-8 weeks. The integrated status can be checked by pulling on the artificial grass. If it is firmly attached to the ground, the process is complete. The rate of this process varies depending on the growth. At this point, the artificial grass is no longer visible, only the natural grass remains.

When subjected to mechanical loads from animals, people, vehicles, etc., the piled natural grass is initially worn down, exposing the soil and eventually revealing the grass roots. Here, the woven artificial grass prevents this from happening, allowing space for the roots to establish themselves and sprout new shoots without being affected from above.

It offers excellent 100% drainage and ventilation, meaning it provides complete airflow. The grass is available in different heights ranging from 12 to 60 millimeters, and the grass blades are treated to be slip-resistant.
